All Star Catering was started in 1972, for the purpose of working with the school lunch programs.
After graduating from the CIA (Culinary Institute of America) and working for the Helmsley’s as the assistant executive chef at the Helmsley Palace, I went and did time in the U.S. Army as personal chef to General William H. Harrison and later served as Chief Executive Chef to G.H.W. Bush as he served as Vice President.
Landing back in New York City All Star Catering became All Star Catering International, and serviced the catering needs of the entertainment field, with parties of 2 to 2500.
After moving to Florida I opened Fresh Aroma, a Mediterranean bistro, serving fresh fairs from that region and catering parties from South Palm Beach to North Broward.
Now All Star Catering is Here for all of South Florida.
